Our main interest is to show to the world the aesthetics, the plurality of styles, the depth, the imagination, the colours and the materials that the creators “play ” for the treasures of the Greek Contemporary Art.

Art Place Greece is a social enterprise representing a long list of Greek Contemporary Artists. Our main interest is to show to the world the aesthetics, the plurality of styles, the depth, the imagination, the colours, and the materials that the creators “play” in the treasures of the Greek Contemporary Art.
Art Place Greece’s mission is to empower Greek Contemporary Art at an international level and to create a brand new and active network of artists. Our main goals are to support the Greek Artists, promote their work, develop new collaborations, share best practices, and be a factor of success that feed their artistic impulses.
This journey began in late 2019 when five members with different backgrounds and expertise started the project. Their expertise in art, culture, and curation, aim to complete the project with success. The social enterprise does not aim at a profit, though there is a need to cover the expenses for the promotion of art, the growth of the artists’ network, and the participation in national, international art exhibitions and art fairs. A high percentage of the turnover is reinvested in art exhibitions, art fairs, and art advertising and promoting projects this is why the e-shop’s existence and growth is significant.
It took great effort to collect artworks to present to our e-shop from well-established and new artists. In our e-shop, you will find an extended number of Artworks. That will provide plenty of insights into what is artistically going on in Greece and open the communication channels of the unknown Greek Contemporary Art to the world.
