We are committed to provide the best quality in our services. After the receipt of the original artwork, print or any other artwork or product of our e-shop you have (7) days to decide whether you’d like to keep it or return it for a refund. The shipping cost for the returned artworks are not covered by Artplace Greece. Please note that according to our return policy that should be returned in its original condition and packaging. When we will receive the returned artwork if there is a damage that was made due to poor packaging then there will be no refund to the customer. For that reason, please email to us one or more photographs with the packaged artwork (the photo with a date) before you deliver it to the courier company. That will ensure that the artwork was protected by the customer before delivered to the courier company.
The return is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:
- Framed artworks
- Prints
- Sculptures
** Please note, artworks or products that have been anyhow altered that could include the following examples, without this being an exhaustive list (stretched, cropped, and/or modified) after purchase are not returnable.
