Blog publishing policy
These terms of use regulate the rights and obligations regarding the use of the blog of Art Place Greece, from now on called “the blog’’. ‘’The blog’’ was designed, developed, and belongs to the social enterprise of Art Place Greece, its use is governed by this terms and conditions. The users of ‘’the blog’’ are required to carefully read this policy and if they wish to post content to unconditionally accept the terms and conditions. Users are also bound by the terms of the contract related to ‘’the blog’’ and the terms of the ‘’e-shop’’.
The user of the services understands and accepts that Art Place Greece reserves the right to alter and/or suspend, temporarily or permanently, part or all of its blog services with or without notice, and that from time to time the terms and conditions may change.
Right to Monitor- Editorial Control
Art Place Greece reserves the right, to monitor, to review all submitted materials but Art Place Greece is not responsible for any such submitted materials. Additionally, Art Place Greece always reserves the right to disclose any submitted materials as necessary to satisfy any law, rule, regulation, or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any submitted materials, in whole or in part, that Art Place Greece considers to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms of Use, or applicable law.
Art Place Greece carries out a previous control of the content that is uploaded by users, and it reserves the exclusive right to refuse at its own discretion the uploading, transfer of any content. No responsibility is accepted by or on behalf of Art Place Greece for any harm or damage that is suffered using the content that is uploaded, sent, transferred, or made available in any other way by the users of the site.
User Ethics
It is mutually understood and accepted that the user is solely responsible for any content (e.g. data, text, graphics, photos, pictures, music files, videos, messages) that uploads, publishes, sends, transfers or else makes available through Art Place Greece. The user accepts and guarantees that the content is original and does not violate the copyright or any other rights of third parties. In case the user uploads, publishes, sends, transfers or else makes available an article through Art Place Greece, they guarantee that it is their own.
If the content uploaded is a message, then the user shall show good behavior, be decent and not use illegal or immoral wording. Articles malicious, ironic, threatening, offensive, abusive will be not published and will be deleted without warning or any other wording, as well as with links to other websites. Also articles and comments that aim to create disputes, quarrels or bad atmosphere with other users of Art Place Greece, as well as articles with ads of any kind. Similarly, comments will be deleted with content that violates in any way, the laws of the Greek state and the European Union. Art Place Greece reserves the right to remove or suspend the message/article/video display in case of violation of the above-mentioned provisions. In no case shall Art Place Greece be considered that they endorse or accept in any way the expressed ideas or beliefs. In case Art Place Greece receives a notice that a user uploaded/published a message that violates third parties’ rights, then Art Place Greece reserves the right to erase immediately the said message/article.
The user that republishes part of an article information or any other information should always refer to the source of the article close to the content and at the end or the article having always attached the relevant link.
The user of Art Place Greece understands and accepts that they are responsible to compensate the site and its collaborators for any legal dispute that may arise between the site and third parties due to the content that the user has made available for uploading, publishing, or other transfer through the site’s services.
The blog of Art Place Greece may use personal data, only for the purposes of their services. Art Place Greece will not disclose users personal data to third parties unless they are bound by Law or by competent authorities’ decision.

The articles may contain hyperlinks to other websites and blogs, as well as to text, graphics, videos, images, music, sounds, applications and information belonging to or originating from other third-parties (collectively, “Third-Party Applications”). Art place Greece does not investigate, monitor, control or review any Third-Party Pages or Third-Party Applications to ensure their accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness.
Art Place Greece is not responsible for the Third-Party Pages accessed through the Service. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to any Third-Party Pages on the Service does not indicate Art Place Greece approval or endorsement thereof.
